ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE MYSELF
I’m a bodyworker, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies and find balance from the inside out. With over eight years of experience in the healing arts, my approach blends intuitive touch, mindful movement, and conscious breath to support transformation, wisdom, and integration.
For me, I’ve found the most impactful and lasting tools to be the most simple, accessible, and logical ones. For instance, the breath, movement, mantra, meditation, and ritual.
We are bodies shaped by elements—woven from earth, fire, water, air, and ether. When these elements are in balance, harmony naturally flows through the body, mind, and spirit. When out of rhythm, we can return to these elements as guides, using their wisdom to restore alignment and reconnect with ourselves.
I currently spend most of my time in St. Simons Island, GA. I live and work in Mexico during the winter season, between November and March.

WATSU / JANZU
AQUATIC BODYWORK
Janzu is a form of aquatic bodywork that invites deep relaxation through supported, effortless movement in water. During a session, the body is guided through rhythmic motions, gentle stretching, and moments of stillness. This form of aquatic bodywork creates the conditions for sensory withdrawal and nervous system recalibration, where the body can unwind in ways that rarely occur on land.
Beyond physical release, many experience profound states of clarity, relaxation, and integration. Janzu is an art that offers access to the innate intelligence and healing power of water—an element that makes up the majority of our being. Aquatic bodywork becomes a pathway back to the source, a quiet return to where it all began.

ACTIVE BREATHWORK
Active Breathwork (ABW) is a simple, accessible, and profound practice that nourishes both the physical and emotional body. In ABW we use an intentional, cyclical, three-part breathing technique designed to promote nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and an overall sense of well-being. Through these controlled breathing patterns, participants engage their respiratory system in a way that moves energy, releases stress, and unlocks emotional blockages. This dynamic practice is done in a relaxed, supported resting position, making it safe for all healthy individuals.

YOGA & MOVEMENT
I began my yoga journey in 2012 as a college student living in Wilmington, NC. A hesitant curiosity quickly became a deep connection—an immediate sense that this practice was essential. I immersed myself fully, practicing multiple times a day, drawn to the clarity and grounding yoga offered me.
My path eventually led me to the Big Island of Hawaii, where I lived and worked with an intentional international community at Kalani Honua retreat center. During that time, I explored a wide range of yogic styles and studied with teachers from around the world. And it was there that I completed my first 200-hour teacher training.
While in Hawaii, I discovered the 26&2 (Bikram Yoga) series, which deeply resonated with me. I dedicated myself to the sequence, and that discipline became a cornerstone of my practice, one I continue to return to for its structure, depth, and transformative effect.
Once I was back on the mainland, I entered a three-year long mentorship with a former lead teacher for Bikram Choudhury. Under her guidance, I helped operate YES Yoga and worked with a diverse range of students, including collegiate athletes, those recovering from injury, and individuals navigating mobility issues and/or chronic pain.
My approach today is shaped by years of steady practice across varied styles, including Bikram, Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga. I aim to hold a grounded, supportive space where students can reconnect with themselves through the exploration of breath, movement, and awareness.

MASSAGE & BODYWORK
My work in massage and bodywork is rooted in presence, intuition, and respect for the body’s natural intelligence. I see each session as a collaborative space where the nervous system can soften, the breath can deepen, and the body can move toward greater ease and balance.
With a background in yoga, breathwork, and aquatic bodywork, I integrate structural awareness with energetic sensitivity. I draw from a range of modalities to meet each person where they are—whether that is therapeutic work, deep relaxation, or nervous system support. I am trained in manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, deep tissue, Swedish massage, myofascial decompression, and Thai bodywork.
At the core of my practice is the belief that the body holds its own medicine. My role is to listen, support, and help create the conditions for that wisdom to emerge.
